Stretch It Out
Taking the time to stretch is another great way to get back in touch with your body’s sensations. Sometimes we don’t realize how our body reacts when we’re tense, whether it’s with a clenched jaw, tight shoulders, or baled fists. Move to the Beat
Dancing and singing can be a fun and enjoyable way to get back in touch with how your body feels. Emotions can be worked through the body by singing your heart out to your favorite song on the way home from work or having a solo dance party after a long day to prevent them from becoming stuck and consuming our energy and vitality.
