Exercise not only changes your body, but it also changes
your mind, your attitude, and your mood
your mind, your attitude, and your mood
Exercising is an essential part of your daily routine. The mortality rate of people who regularly exercise has dropped by 25% in the last two years and is an ongoing global rife. Being physically active is one good way to fix your cardiovascular issues. Your heart gets stronger as you work on it, and so does your blood rate.
Exercising helps you in multiple ways as such:
- 1. Burning extra calories
- 2. Regulating blood pressure
- 3. Reduce LDL grade cholesterol
- 4. Hinders artery damage due to irregular blood pumping
- 5. Helps reduce stress and physical tension

Here are some tips for you to help fabricate the right exercise plan:
- 1. Determine how fit you are and how much you need to work on your body. This will help you pick out the right workout plan according to your body’s needs.
- 2. Do not overpower yourself. Remember, you don’t need to exceed your body’s efficiency and capability to put up with the pressure you give it.
- 3. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. Divide the time equally among the days.
- 4. If you aim for high-intensity workouts, then go slow. Start with one day per week so that your body gets enough time to settle with the changes.
- 5. Include at least two non-consecutive days of Resistance Training in your schedule.
Make sure to stretch out and do proper warm-ups before starting any exercise.
